we love crockpot recipes...can't get enough of them! here's one of the easiest one's we have found. it's so good and is really good for you (except for the chips part, and maybe the sour cream...) enjoy!
ingredients: 4-6 boneless skinless chicken breasts 1 can black beans 1 can of corn (or equivalent of frozen corn kernels) 1 jar of salsa sour cream tortilla chips rice
directions: in a crock-pot, add: chicken, beans, corn and salsa. cook on low all day, about 8 hours. serve over cooked rice, with sour cream and tortilla chips.
